John Ahaya Malamba – Director, has a lot wealth in networking with local and International organization. He is the Founder and Director of the Siaya Community Library, Integrated Development Africa Programme IDAP, MAMA Sarah Obama Library in Alego Kogelo. Mr. Malamba is the contact person for Sister Cities International Initiative in Siaya County. The initiative is geared at building a global sister city partnership in the USA for Siaya County.
